Ally Purchon has a B.A. (Hons) degree in Traditional Acupuncture from Oxford Brookes University.
She was awarded the qualification of Licentiate in Acupuncture by the College of Traditional Acupuncture.
As part of her training, she worked with some of the leading acupuncturists in the country. She is a member of the British Acupuncture Council, abiding by their strict code of conduct and best practice, Ally only uses sterilised disposable needles, keeps up to date with a programme of continuous professional development and is fully insured. Ally practices at three clinics in and around Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire, West Midlands.
Ally made a special study of the research into acupuncture as a treatment for osteoarthritis of the knee. Her final dissertation was awarded a First and is available either in PDF format (click and download the file below) or it can be viewed in the library of national charity, Arthritis Care.
